Lost & Found Property at Orion

Lost Property

If you have lost anything whilst visiting Orion Springfield, then please contact our Customer Service Desk as it may have been handed in.  We have a number of items waiting for their rightful owner to collect them. 

Please note if you have lost Credit Cards, ATM Cards, etc. please contact your financial institution IMMEDIATELY as we hand the cards back to the banks as soon as we receive them.

Found Property

If you have found any items whilst shopping at Orion Springfield, please hand it in to the Customer Service Desk IMMEDIATELY.  These items are very precious to their owners, and we will endeavour to re-unite them with their property.

Customer Service is located at the bottom of the travelators in the undercover carpark.  They can also be contacted on 07 3470 3200.
