Stage One

Something for everyone!

Orion Springfield is a staged development. Stage 1 on the eastern side of the site opened on the 15 March 2007.

Core Retail

There are approximately 110 shops with a Main Street, Town Square, and connecting malls. This is a fresh and open retail development, creating the ambience and feel of a traditional city centre, as opposed to an enclosed shopping mall.

Big W, Woolworths and Link Malls

This area offers value for money and convenience shopping. The two major stores are linked by a crossover through Main Street and each mall houses national brands and strong local retailers. Big W is 8,000m2 and Woolworths is 4,000m2 in size.
