Customer Service Desk
The Customer Service Desk at Orion is the information hub of the community. The desk is located at the bottom of the travelators in the lower ground carpark.
Customer Service is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Thurdays from 9.00am to 8.00pm, Saturdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm and Sundays from 10.00am to 3.00pm.

Mobility Vehicles
Bookings for Scooters and Wheelchairs are available through the Customer Service Desk. We recommended you book in advance for Scooters to ensure an enjoyable visit to Orion Springfield Town Centre.
Kiddy Cruisers are also available for a small charge (well worth it for a happy child) from Customer Service.
JP Services
Needing your important documents signed by a JP. Orion Springfield offers a JP service every Thursday evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. The JP's will be located in the Big W mall adjacent to Pumpkin Patch.
Parent's Room
The Parents Room is located next to the Customer Service Desk on the lower ground level. It is well equiped to assist you in caring for your toddler or baby. There are private feeding rooms, microwaves and nappy change area, child size toilet and a socialising area for both parents and children including kids’ play area.
Disabled Facilities
Wheelchairs and motorised mobility vehicles as well as strollers are available for hire from the Customer Service Desk.
Orion Town Centre has three independent disabled toilets. One on level one. One next to The Reject Shop in the Woolworths Mall, and one between Bright Eyes and Legends Hairdressers in the Big W Mall.
Community Room
There is a Community Room for hire for any group events. The facility can accommodate up to 120 people in theatre style or up to 50 people in U shape formation. There is an in house kitchenette for preparation of catering or alternatively, you can contact one of our catering retailers.
Carparking
Orion Springfield Carpark has 2000 carparks, with majority undercover and with direct entry by travelator to both Big W and Woolworths malls. All carparking is free of charge.
Public Transport
There is a bus interchange located at the northern end of the centre with Ipswich bus services Routes including 520 linking Redbank Station, shopping centre and residences between to Orion Springfield and Education City. Route 534 connects Orion Springfield and Education City with Browns Plains (Grand Plaza), covering Forest Lake, Carole Park and many in between. Routes 522, 523, 530 are extended to link Orion Springfield with Goodna Train station via, Education City, Bellbird Park and Springfield Lakes respectively.

Yellow Cabs
Yellow Cabs are offering their services to the community of Springfield and surrounding areas by having a taxi rank in operation outside ANZ Bank in the Woolworths Mall of Orion Springfield Town Centre.
Alternatively simply call 13CABS (132 227) and have them bring you to Orion Springfield.
